Yes. In-person help is available around Portland, Vancouver, and nearby communities within about 50 miles. Remote support is also available when travel is not needed.
What if I do not know what the problem is called?+
You do not need technical words. Describe what you see in your own words and we will help identify the next step together.
How much does service cost?+
Services start at $99. We will discuss the likely cost before the appointment or remote session so you can decide comfortably.
Will I need to share my password?+
You should keep control of your passwords. When private information is needed, you can enter it yourself while we guide you.
